It was THAT song of my teenage years. I played it over and over.
I love this song on so many levels: the opening guitar, the drums entering at the lyric “if there’s a bustle in your hedgerow,” and of course, the lyrics, which I sang wrong for so many years and didn’t understand what they meant.
I still love the song.
This performance touches my heart in so many ways. Heart was my favorite group for years. Jason Bonham played the drums; he is the son of John Bonham, the original drummer on the Stairway to Heaven recording. The choir joining in at the end. The audience’s response.
Eight minutes down memory lane with an amazing song.
Excellent, that's a great version of a great song and I then browsed a few more of Heart's cover versions of Led Zeppelin songs, all brilliant
So so good. This is our music. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
